Construction — Supplemental nature — Intent
Known as the Partnership for Public Facilities and Infrastructure Act
The act spans §§ 22–22 (22 sections).

(1) This chapter: Shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purpose; and
(2) Is supplemental to all other powers conferred by law and does not restrict or limit any powers that a public entity has under any other law of this state.
(3) It is the intent of this chapter to provide an alternative method of developing qualifying projects for public entities.
