Creation of Building Authority Division
Known as the Building Authority Division Act

(1) There is created within the Department of Transformation and Shared Services the Building Authority Division.
(2) The division shall carry out the duties and responsibilities set out in § 22-2-108 under the policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures established by the Department of Transformation and Shared Services.
