Ark. Code Ann. § 22-4-203

Effect of classification or reclassification

Acts 1965, No. 37, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 9-612.

(1) All state parks classified by the State Parks, Recreation, and Travel Commission under the provisions of § 22-4-201, or reclassified under the provisions of § 22-4-202, shall continue to be a part of the state parks system. Any reclassification shall be for the purpose of more proper classification and identification in order that the public might be better advised with respect to each facility in its selection or use thereof.

(2) Nothing in this subchapter shall affect the powers of the commission to issue revenue bonds for the improvement of any facility in the state parks system, or the pledge of revenues therefrom, regardless of classification by the commission under this subchapter.
