Confidential information

Known as the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Act

(1) Notwithstanding any other confidentiality statute, the Office of the Arkansas Lottery may provide to a claimant agency all information necessary to accomplish and effectuate the intent of this subchapter.

(2) Information shall be used by a claimant agency only in the pursuit of its debt collection duties and practices.

(3) Confidential information obtained by a claimant agency from the office under this section shall retain its confidentiality.

(4) An employee or prior employee of a claimant agency who unlawfully discloses any information for any other purpose, except as otherwise specifically authorized by law, is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
