Certain sections inapplicable
Known as the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Act
The act spans §§ 23–23 (66 sections).

In addition to any provision of law expressly exempting the Office of the Arkansas Lottery, the following sections shall not apply to the office:
(1) Section 19-1-301 et seq.;
(2) Section 19-4-1802;
(3) Section 19-5-206;
(4) Section 22-9-103;
(5) Section 22-9-104; and
(6) Section 25-27-104.
