There is created an Arkansas Economic Development Council, whose membership, authorities, and powers shall be as specified in §§ 15-4-201 — 15-4-204, 15-4-209, 15-4-501 — 15-4-503, 15-4-505 — 15-4-515, 15-4-517, 15-4-518, and 15-4-520 — 15-4-525.
