(1) The driver's instruction manual issued by the Department of Arkansas State Police shall include information related to accessible parking for a person with a disability, including without limitation: The importance of accessible parking for a person with a disability; and
(2) The penalties for the unauthorized use of parking designated for the exclusive use of a person with a disability.
(3) The department may coordinate with the Arkansas Governor's Commission on People with Disabilities in developing information to include in the manual.
