Ark. Code Ann. § 27-20-307

Operation limitations

Acts 2009, No. 636, § 1; 2017, No. 689, § 5.

An autocycle that is operated by electricity shall not be operated on:

(1) An interstate highway; or

(2) A road or highway if: The operation of autocycles or motorcycles is prohibited;

(3) The road is a controlled-access highway;

(4) The posted speed limit is more than fifty-five miles per hour (55 m.p.h.); or

(5) The autocycle cannot maintain a speed equal to the posted speed limit.
