(1) The Office of Driver Services shall pursue grants available through the Department of Transportation or other entity to assist with the cost of this program.
(2) The office may: Adopt rules to administer this subchapter;
(3) Receive and expend any moneys arising from grants, contributions, or reimbursements from the Department of Transportation or other entity for performing its duties under this subchapter; and
(4) Contract with a third party to administer the Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database.
