Ark. Code Ann. § 27-24-103

Definitions

Known as the Special License Plate Act

The act spans §§ 27–27 (148 sections).

As used in this chapter:

(1) “Motor vehicle” means a self-propelled vehicle that is classified as: A Class One, Class Two, or Class Three pleasure vehicle under § 27-14-601(a)(1); or

(2) A Class One truck under § 27-14-601(a)(3)(A).

(3) “Motor vehicle” shall only include the classes and types of vehicles stated in subdivision (1)(A) of this section as defined under § 27-14-601; and

(4) “Special license plate” means a license plate authorized under this chapter for use on a motor vehicle.
