(1) The purpose of this section is to continue the eligibility requirements for the issuance of a special license plate for Realtors under § 27-15-5303 [repealed].
(2) The Department of Finance and Administration shall require proof of eligibility for a Realtors special license plate issued under this subchapter.
(3) The applicant shall present proof that he or she is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors.
(4) To establish membership in the National Association of Realtors, the applicant shall present his or her membership card.
