Public corporation status

Known as the Regional Mobility Authority Act

The act spans §§ 27–27 (54 sections).

Acts 2007, No. 389, § 1.

Upon creation of a regional mobility authority:

(1) The regional mobility authority and its members shall: Constitute a public corporation; and

(2) Have perpetual succession; and

(3) The regional mobility authority and its members may: Contract and be contracted with;

(4) Sue and be sued in tort to the extent that it has expressly waived liability in writing; and

(5) Have and use a common seal.
