Ark. Code Ann. § 28-42-111

Jurisdiction over foreign personal representative

Acts 1981, No. 370, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 62-3111.

(1) A foreign personal representative submits himself or herself to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state by: Receiving payment of money, or taking delivery of personal property under § 28-42-110; or

(2) Doing any act as a personal representative in this state which would have given the state jurisdiction over him or her as an individual.

(3) Jurisdiction under subdivision (a)(1) of this section shall be limited to the money or value of personal property collected.
