Slotting allowances prohibited
Acts 2017, No. 508, § 6.
(1) Slotting allowances, as defined by 27 C.F.R. § 6.152(b), are prohibited.
(2) A grocery store shall not require payment of a slotting allowance for products sold under this subchapter by a small farm winery, including without limitation: Juice;
(3) Low alcohol wine; and
(4) Vinegar.
