Ark. Code Ann. § 3-8-313

Indictment

(1) In an indictment for a violation of any provision of this act or for a violation of any act amendatory hereof, it shall not be necessary to allege that a vote was taken or any election held, or any other step relative thereto.

(2) It may be simply stated that the act or acts charged were committed in a territory where this act was in force, and in the indictment it shall be sufficient to designate this act as the local option law.
