Ark. Code Ann. § 3-9-204

Penalties

(1) Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 3-9-201 — 3-9-214, 3-9-221 — 3-9-225, and 3-9-232 — 3-9-237 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

(2) Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(3) The Director of the Department of Finance and Administration shall have the authority to suspend, cancel, or revoke the permit of any permittee so convicted.
