Ark. Code Ann. § 4-59-302

Issuance of bill containing false statement

Known as the Uniform Voidable Transactions Act

The act spans §§ 4–4 (34 sections).

Any officer, agent, or servant of a carrier who with intent to defraud issues or aids in issuing a bill for goods, knowing that it contains any false statement, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
