Ark. Code Ann. § 5-5-301

Definitions

Acts 1993, No. 1031, § 1.

As used in this subchapter:

(1) “Contraband property” means property of any nature, including personal property, tangible property, or intangible property.

(2) “Contraband property” does not include real property;

(3) “Livestock” means: Cattle or swine or a sheep, goat, horse, or mule; and

(4) Any carcass, skin, or part of cattle or swine or a sheep, goat, horse, or mule; and

(5) “Theft of livestock” means a theft of property: That is classified as a felony violation pursuant to § 5-36-103; and

(6) In which the property taken was livestock.
