Riot

(1) A person commits the offense of riot if, with two (2) or more other persons, he or she knowingly engages in tumultuous or violent conduct that creates a substantial risk of: Causing public alarm;

(2) Disrupting the performance of a governmental function; or

(3) Damaging or injuring property or a person.

(4) Riot is a Class A misdemeanor.
