Ark. Code Ann. § 6-17-108

Authority for teachers to wear religious clothing

Acts 1973, No. 196, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-1261.

Any teacher may wear the clothing of any established and recognized religion in the public schools and institutions of this state.
