Ark. Code Ann. § 6-21-402

Definition

As used in this subchapter, “instructional materials” means:

(1) Traditional books, textbooks, and trade books in printed and bound form;

(2) Activity-oriented programs that may include: Manipulatives;

(3) Hand-held calculators; or

(4) Other hands-on material; and

(5) Technology-based materials that require the use of electronic equipment in order to be used in the learning process.
