Ark. Code Ann. § 6-23-1004

Enrollment in an adult education charter school

Known as the Arkansas Quality Charter Schools Act

The act spans §§ 6–6 (62 sections).

Acts 2015, No. 1200, § 2.

(1) An approved adult education charter school shall have an enrollment cap of no more than three hundred fifty (350) students.

(2) A person who is at least nineteen (19) years of age may enroll in an adult education charter school if the person has: Not earned a high school diploma; and

(3) Failed to complete the requirements for high school graduation.
