Ark. Code Ann. § 6-23-406

Division of Elementary and Secondary Education review

Known as the Arkansas Quality Charter Schools Act

The act spans §§ 6–6 (62 sections).

Acts 2011, No. 993, § 11; 2013, No. 509, § 14; 2019, No. 910, § 1746.

The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education shall:

(1) Conduct an end-of-semester review of each open-enrollment public charter school that is in its initial school year of operation at the end of the first semester and at the end of the school year; and

(2) Report to the State Board of Education and the Commissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education on the open-enrollment public charter school's: Overall financial condition; and

(3) Overall condition of student enrollment.
