(1) An organization that receives grant funding to provide the Advanced Placement Training and Incentive Program shall publish a list of program fees on or before June 1 each year.
(2) A public high school is eligible to participate in the Advanced Placement Training and Incentive Program.
(3) A public high school that chooses to participate in the Advanced Placement Training and Incentive Program shall pay a participation and service fee determined by the organization.
(4) A public high school may choose either to participate fully in the Advanced Placement Training and Incentive Program or to participate on a limited basis, in which case the public high school shall pay a fee for each service the public high school elects to use.
