(1) The State Board of Career Education shall relate to the community-based education centers as a coordinating board.
(2) Furthermore, the governing board of a community-based education center is encouraged to create a general advisory council.
(3) Such general advisory council shall provide advice on programs of the school, including data that reflects the needs of business and industry served by the community-based education center.
