Ark. Code Ann. § 6-60-1009

Remedies

Acts 2019, No. 184, § 1.

(1) A person or student organization aggrieved by a violation of this subchapter may: Bring an action against the state-supported institution of higher education and any other persons responsible for the violation and seek appropriate relief, including without limitation: Injunctive relief;

(2) Reasonable attorney's fees; and

(3) Expenses; and

(4) Assert such violation as a defense or counterclaim in any disciplinary action or in any civil or administrative proceeding brought against the person or student organization.

(5) This section does not limit any other remedies available to any person or student organization.
