Ark. Code Ann. § 6-65-211

ASU-Beebe — Faculty and staff

Acts 1927, No. 132, § 6; Pope's Dig., § 12977; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-3140; Acts 2001, No. 90, § 3.

(1) The faculty of Arkansas State University-Beebe shall consist of: A principal, who shall be a graduate of some reputable school of agriculture and well versed in practical farming in such soils as surround the university;

(2) One (1) instructor in stock raising, poultry, and dairying, who shall have had practical work as such; and

(3) Such assistants as may be necessary.

(4) The Board of Trustees of Arkansas State University may combine the duties of any of the above when practical.
