Fees — Wastewater Licensing Fund

(1) The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission shall have the authority to set fees in an amount to cover the cost of the administration of this subchapter.

(2) Licensing and examination fees shall be set forth by rule.

(3) However, the licensing and examination fees shall not exceed: A combined examination and license fee of forty dollars ($40.00); and

(4) An annual license renewal fee of twenty dollars ($20.00).

(5) All fees collected under this section shall be deposited into the Wastewater Licensing Fund and may be used only for the administration of this subchapter.
