Interference by passive-site owners
Acts 1989, No. 350, §§ 3, 4.
(1) No passive-site owner shall unduly impede or interfere with the efforts of a settling party to carry out an approved response action at a hazardous site.
(2) Any passive-site owner who violates subsection (a) of this section shall be liable for any response costs resulting from such violation.
