Ark. Code Ann. § 9-11-802

Definitions

As used in this subchapter:

(1) “Authorized counseling” means marital counseling provided by: A priest;

(2) A minister;

(3) A rabbi;

(4) A clerk of the Religious Society of Friends;

(5) Any clergy member of any religious sect or a designated representative;

(6) A marriage educator approved by the person who will perform the marriage ceremony; or

(7) As defined by § 17-27-102: A licensed professional counselor;

(8) A licensed associate counselor;

(9) A licensed marriage and family therapist;

(10) A licensed clinical psychologist; or

(11) A licensed associate marriage and family therapist; and

(12) “Judicial separation” means a judicial proceeding pursuant to § 9-11-809 that results in a court determination that the parties to a covenant marriage live separate and apart.
