The supreme court shall set and collect the following fees to carry out this chapter:
1. Examination fees.
2. Certificate application fees.
3. Certificate renewal fees.
4. Temporary certificate application fees.
5. Temporary certificate renewal fees.
6. Any other fees that are necessary and appropriate to carry out this chapter.
