A. The secretary of the board shall receive compensation as determined pursuant to section 38-611.
B. The secretary shall:
1. Receive and disburse monies of the board.
2. Keep minutes of board meetings.
3. Keep a record of licenses issued, refused, suspended and revoked, and of applications for licensure.
4. Perform other duties the board prescribes.
