A. A violation of this chapter constitutes an unlawful practice under section 44-1522. The attorney general may investigate and take appropriate action pursuant to title 44, chapter 10, article 7.
B. Each ticket acquired in violation of section 44-7202 is a separate violation for the purpose of assessing a civil penalty pursuant to section 44-1531.
