Liability of Agents

Known as the Unfair Practices Act

The act spans §§ 17000–17101 (53 sections).

Added by Stats. 1941, Ch. 526.

In any injunction proceeding against any person as officer, director or agent, it is sufficient to allege and prove the unlawful intent of the person, firm or corporation for which he acts.
