Regulation Generally

Known as the Horse Racing Law

The act spans §§ 19400–19668 (334 sections).

Repealed and added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1828.

No person shall, without complying with this chapter, hold or conduct, or assist, aid, or abet in holding or conducting, any meeting in this State where there is horse racing with wagering on its results.
