Cal. Civ. Proc. Code § 178

Incidental Powers and Duties of Judicial Officers

Repealed and added by Code Amendments 1880, Ch. 35.

For the effectual exercise of the powers conferred by the last section, a judicial officer may punish for contempt in the cases provided in this Code.
