Cal. Civ. Proc. Code § 995.830

Bonds to the State of California

Known as the Bond and Undertaking Law

The act spans §§ 995–996 (98 sections).

Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 998, Sec. 1.

If a statute or court order pursuant thereto providing for a bond does not specify the beneficiary of the bond, the bond shall be to the State of California.
