Cal. Civ. Code § 1785.4

General Provisions

Known as the Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act

The act spans §§ 1785–1785 (6 sections).

Repealed and added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 1271.

Nothing in this title shall apply to any person licensed pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 11 (commencing with Section 7500) of Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code, or to any employee of such person, unless such person is employed directly by a consumer credit reporting agency.
