Dissenters’ Rights

Known as the General Corporation Law

Repealed and added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 682.

If litigation is instituted to test the sufficiency or regularity of the votes of the shareholders in authorizing a reorganization, any proceedings under Sections 1304 and 1305 shall be suspended until final determination of such litigation.
