Cal. Corp. Code § 25105

Exemptions and Certain Securities and Transactions Not Subject to Qualification

Known as the Corporate Securities Law

The act spans §§ 25000–25707 (201 sections).

Added by Stats. 1968, Ch. 88.

There shall be exempted from the provisions of Section 25110, 25120 or 25130 any other transaction which the commissioner by rule exempts as not being comprehended within the purposes of this law and the qualification of which he finds is not necessary or appropriate in the public interest or for the protection of investors.
