Cal. Corp. Code § 7811

Amendment of Articles

Known as the Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation Law

The act spans §§ 7110–8910 (196 sections).

Added by Stats. 1978, Ch. 567.

Any amendment of the articles may be adopted by a writing signed by a majority of the incorporators, so long as:

(a) No directors were named in the original articles;

(b) No directors have been elected; and

(c) The corporation has no members.
