Continuation Classes

Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 498, Sec. 87

It is the intent of the Legislature that special funds for eligible pupils be expended by the continuation schools in which those pupils are enrolled.

State and federal categorical funds shall be allocated to continuation schools in the same manner as to comprehensive schools to the maximum extent permitted by state and federal laws and regulations.
