Cal. Educ. Code § 69560.5

California Student Opportunity and Access Program

Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 575, Sec. 3

As used in the article, the following definitions apply:

(a) “CADAA” means the California Dream Act Application.

(b) “Cal-SOAP” means the California Student Opportunity and Access Program.

(c) “FAFSA” means the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.

(d) “Local educational agency” means a school district, county office of education, or charter school.

(e) “Public postsecondary educational institution” means a campus of the University of California, the California State University, or the California Community Colleges.
