citing decisions per year

Court decisions citing this, by year. The dip in the last several years is a data-coverage gap, not a real trend — our corpus holds fewer opinions from the most recent years, so recent citations are undercounted.

The Trustees of the California State University may authorize at any of the institutions of the California State University the establishment of a program which allows persons 60 years of age or older to enroll in regular credit courses without requiring the payment of the application for admission fee and regular session registration fees.
