UNIFORM DISTRICT ELECTION LAW

Known as the Uniform District Election Law

The act spans §§ 10500–10556 (56 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.

Except as otherwise provided in this part, the term of office of each elective officer, elected or appointed pursuant to this part, is four years or until his or her successor qualifies and takes office.
