UNIFORM DISTRICT ELECTION LAW

Known as the Uniform District Election Law

The act spans §§ 10500–10556 (56 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.

Qualifications of voters of a district, the number of votes each voter may cast, and the method of determining that number of votes shall be governed by the principal act of that district.
