UNIFORM DISTRICT ELECTION LAW

Known as the Uniform District Election Law

Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.

Before opening the polls, each member of the precinct board shall sign a declaration to perform faithfully his or her duties, before the inspector or before any other member of the board.
