UNIFORM DISTRICT ELECTION LAW

Known as the Uniform District Election Law

The act spans §§ 10500–10556 (56 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.

A governing body of a district may, by resolution, limit campaign contributions in elections to district offices.
