Cal. Elec. Code § 10549

UNIFORM DISTRICT ELECTION LAW

Known as the Uniform District Election Law

The act spans §§ 10500–10556 (56 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.

No roster, tally list, or certificate returned from any general district election shall be set aside or rejected for want of form if it can be satisfactorily understood.
