Cal. Elec. Code § 10556

UNIFORM DISTRICT ELECTION LAW

Known as the Uniform District Election Law

The act spans §§ 10500–10556 (56 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.

No informalities in the conduct of the general district election or any matters related to it shall invalidate the election if fairly conducted.
